Picto Sapiens

My passion for graphic design comes from the fact that it communicates without words. It is not quite obvious today. It seems that contemporary art cannot do without an oral or a written philosophical message. It is this message that often carries the main concept of an artpiece. Its visual form is just a supplement which alone can be appreciated only by the artist himself.

Graphic design, however, must be understood without any words. A poster on a wall, in a gallery or in the Internet must strike the viewer with a bright and clever idea, which at the same time must not be too banal or too intricate. These are the rules I try to follow in my work.
